Gods love heals us
The glory God deserves... the way He’s listened when I most needed to be heard. He is my guidance & my friend. In His word I find my freedom, direction & discipline.
His word is our ultimate guide to “self-care” ... to reformation and life transformation.
We are searching & seeking... & at times it is without realizing that it is Him we are looking for... We are all desperate & in need of healing.
One of the most important truths to believe in is that He is our Savior & that we are a people in need of saving.
His word gives us life, book after book beautifully written to point us to Jesus.
He’s the greatest teacher and it is through The Holy Spirit. God’s gift to His people.
It’s intimate & detailed, it’s personal.
He instructs you through speaking a language crafted for your ears... whispers, signs & wonders that reveals the realness of God.
He speaks directly into your life, your heart, your very being. The One who made you must know how to speak to you.
Don’t let it challenge you... it’s the truth. It’s sensible & even logical. I learn through metaphors... I believe we all do. So, think of it in this way friend, a master craftsman can speak the language of his design because he is the one who created the piece.
God speaks to us in this very same way. It is direct & profound. The definition of direct is without changing direction or stopping. The definition of profound is something that is very deep either literally or metaphorically.
He speaks directly into our very beings us without changing his path, without stopping & He speaks deeply both literally and metaphorically.
The most significant way The Lord speaks which is crucial to comprehend, is the radical truth that He speaks the language of love. It is who He is. It is His nature. God is described as love itself – not because we earn it but because that’s who He is.
All throughout the word of God, the Lord speaks to us through love by revealing His heart. Ultimately showing us His character & that He is trustworthy. He is the Father of love, He loves you & me & He wants to hear from us.
“I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1
Allowing the Lord to love me has brought me from death to life. A broken girl who searched her whole life to be loved, to be known, to be protected. I have that now & so much more... but it is daily, my gaze must humbly be removed from self and redirected onto Him.
“I have strayed like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I have not forgotten your commands.” Psalm 119:176
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5
I love you friend, He loves you more
